One point is when you think, should I quote a high price? The intention is to showcase how valuable you are
Another point is, should I quote a low price? The intention is to get hired fast with a cheap offer.
Now the question is whether to quote high or low quotes as your salary requirements?
Well, you always need to give a high quote. I know that may sound a bit scary at first as you think that if you make a very significant offer, then your hiring manager will look around. And find a person who can do the same job at a low price.
In reality, things are pretty different.
Know the Reasons Why You Should Quote a High Salary

It will Demonstrate your Value.
