When answering this question, it's important to focus on both your Hard Skills and Soft Skills. Hard Skills are specific, measurable abilities that you acquired through education or experience. They can be technical abilities, like programming or fluency in a foreign language. Soft Skills are interpersonal skills that enable you to interact effectively with others. Examples of Soft Skills include communication, empathy, and problem-solving.

For this question, you might say something like: "I have a degree in XYZ from ABC University and I've been working in the field of XYZ for five years. In my previous role, I gained experience in XYZ that I believe will be valuable in this position. I'm also confident in my ability to communicate effectively and work well on a team." 

8. What do you know about our company? 

Your interviewer will likely ask this question to gauge your interest in the company and to see if you've done your research. This is your chance to show off what you know and why you want to work there. Do your best to avoid regurgitating information from the company's website or other materials—instead, try to give specific examples of what interests you and how your qualifications can benefit the company.

9. Why are you interested in this particular role? 

This question is similar to the previous one, but it gives you an opportunity to be more specific about why you want THIS job, as opposed to any other job at the company (or any other job at all). Again, try to avoid repeating information from the job listing—focus on what specifically interests you and how YOUR qualifications can benefit THIS role.
