Example Answer: It wasn’t so simple. It feels so wrong to fire an employee. I don’t like to fire any employee who is a part of my team, but sometimes it becomes inevitable. Example Answer: I got a general manager job in a company. My life was great, but I couldn’t enjoy it because my brother had a hard time in his career. Example Answer: One thing I learned during my five-year job is that if I have to excel in my career, then I should have to follow a specific routine. I don’t feel comfortable when I have to work in odd hours, and it’s not because I can’t do that. But the main reason is mental and physical health. I believe in Nature and its specific rules designed for humanity. I have developed a mindset where I need to do my work 9 to 5 and then to get back home and complete some other routine home duties. Unless there are some deadlines I need to meet, I don’t like to work on the weekend. I nurture myself at the weekend, and I follow some ways to relax and entertain. Despite all that, if it is mandatory to be present here on weekends, then I will surely work it out.

 

What makes you angry?

Example Answer: What makes me angry at a job is the situation when my peers asked me to do their job. Honestly, I don’t mind helping, but it shouldn’t be routine favour.
